ProReviewDeal publishes material on digital products and software: reviews, comparisons, rankings and roundups, coupon and deal posts, how-to guides and tutorials, and general blog articles. We do not sell, host or supply the products we write about.

Retargeting and Matched Audiences
Retargeting — remarketing, in some descriptions — lets us bring our own content and offers back to people who have already been to the Website or subscribed to our emails.
The mechanics run two ways:

Do Not Track Signals

We may also need to disclose information where the law compels it, where our Terms must be enforced, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Website, our readers or the public.
Transfer of the Business
If ProReviewDeal is ever sold, merged, or transfers substantially all of its assets, information held about you may be passed to the acquiring party, conditional on that party agreeing to honour the terms of this Privacy Policy.
How Long We Keep Information
We hold information no longer than the purposes described in this policy warrant, and no longer than the law demands.
How long that runs depends on the category of information and the reason behind holding it:
- Contact messages are kept while your enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you get in touch again about the same matter
- Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we retain the minimum needed to honour your opt-out
- Analytics data is kept in line with the retention settings of our analytics provider
- Server logs are kept for the period needed to investigate security and performance issues
Our processors follow the same practice. When the information has served its purpose and no legal or regulatory reason to keep it survives, we delete it or anonymise it so you can no longer be identified.
International Transfers
Operations sit outside the European Economic Area, and our service providers may store or process data in a number of countries, the United States and countries in the European Union included.
Where personal data originating in the EU, EEA or UK is transferred outside those regions, we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or an applicable adequacy decision.
